An ozone generator is equipment designed for on-site production of ozone (O₃) gas. Since ozone decomposes rapidly and cannot be stored for long periods, it must be generated directly at the point of use. This equipment is widely applied in water treatment, air disinfection, oxidation processes, and other scenarios requiring ozone for sterilization, deodorization, bleaching, or oxidation. The generator uses DBD (Dielectric Barrier Discharge) technology, where high-speed electrons bombard oxygen molecules to form oxygen atoms, which then react via three-body collisions to produce ozone.
