1. Strong defoaming and foaming inhibiting force, less dosage, does not affect the basic properties of the foaming system.
2. Good diffusion and permeability, can be completely compatible with oil and cutting fluid.
3. Good heat resistance, chemical stability, no corrosion, non-toxic, no adverse side effects, non-combustible, non-explosion.
4. It can be used in acid, alkali, salt, electrolyte and hard water.
5. Its performance can be comparable to imported products, and the price has obvious advantages.
IV. Application fields:
This product effectively suppresses foam in synthetic lubricants, chemical fibers, pulp and paper manufacturing, and textile dyeing industries.
It is widely used for foam control in pharmaceutical production, microbial fermentation processes (particularly in citric acid manufacturing), water washing stages of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) production, and various industrial workflows. In oilfield operations, it demonstrates superior foam suppression for drilling mud systems, achieving over 30 times greater efficiency compared to alternative vegetable-based alternatives.
V. Method of use:
◎The defoamer is a mixture and an unstable system. Stratification will occur after a long time, which is normal. It is recommended to stir slightly before use.
◎It is not recommended to dilute the polyether defoamer with water. If the use cost increases due to water dilution, the company shall not be held responsible for it.
◎The amount of polyether defoamer is generally 0.5% -1.5%, which is directly injected into the foaming system during use.
VI. Packaging and storage:
◎Polyether defoamer is packaged in 25kg and 200kg plastic barrel. This defoamer should not be exposed to sunlight or near heat source.
