The PP Bag Filter is a compact, easy-to-operate, tightly sealed, and highly efficient multi-purpose filtration device. Inside the unit, a metal mesh basket supports the filter bag, allowing liquid to enter through the inlet, pass through the filter bag, and flow out from the outlet while solid impurities are retained inside the bag. The filter bag can be easily replaced for continuous operation with minimal material loss.

The system mainly consists of a filter housing, cover, quick-opening mechanism, and stainless steel support basket. The liquid enters from the side inlet and flows through the filter bag before exiting, ensuring efficient solid-liquid separation. Both the inner and outer surfaces of the housing are mechanically sandblasted and polished, making them smooth and easy to clean. With excellent sealing performance and a pressure-resistant structural design, the bag filter can withstand high filtration pressure and hydraulic shock, making it suitable for a wide range of liquid filtration applications.
