Sludge solidifier
(Adaptation to soil sludge, mud, oil mud, cuttings and silt) Curing agent is a universal composite curing agent, mainly used for the dehydration and drying and curing treatment of various sludge (such as river and pond silt, municipal sludge, piling sludge, tunnel construction sludge, oilfield mud and rock debris, etc.), which can achieve the effect of sludge reduction, strength curing and waterproofing.
I. Product Functions:

II. Product Features:
1, short curing time, fast molding
① Through the chemical reaction with the water in the mud, the sludge with a moisture content of about 80% can be thickened and lose fluidity quickly after adding, and accelerate the evaporation of water and the speed of drying and dehydration when it is dried.
② After joining, the speed of water loss can be accelerated in a natural state, and the requirements can be met without using drying equipment. If drying equipment is used, adding a small amount of drying agent can greatly accelerate the processing speed and reduce heat consumption.
③ After adding, the properties of sludge colloid are destroyed immediately, and capillary tube is rapidly established and increased and diffused, which opens the diffusion channel for the evaporation of water inside the sludge, facilitating the rapid drying of sludge.
2. Drying time: it varies according to different moisture content. Drying speed is greatly affected by weather. The dehydration and drying speed is accelerated under dry, low humidity and high temperature conditions, while the time needs to be extended otherwise
3. Universality: Inorganic non-metallic special curing agent, which is universal to the corresponding materials.
4. Low cost and small amount: the addition is based on the water content, which is generally about 5% of the sludge amount.
5. High compressive strength Physical and chemical indexes of sludge curing agent:
① The compressive strength can be improved rapidly by adjusting the amount according to different soil conditions.
② The product can increase the overall strength of the sludge while
accelerating the volatilization of water. It is a very good choice for pit direct curing.
6. Water resistance: it is universal to sludge, and the solidified sludge has good water resistance.
7. Hardening strength
This product can not only be used for sludge curing, improve drying speed, increase waterproof and
enhance strength, but also can be used directly in road construction as base layer, base layer and pavement.
III. Method of Use:
The addition amount is about 4% of the sludge amount, and the sludge is mixed evenly (if the sludge amount is large, excavator can be used to mix), so that the curing agent and sludge are fully contacted and the hydration and breaking reaction is carried out; then, according to the specific needs, natural ventilation and drying or the upper liquid is extracted for treatment.
