Challenges: The automotive manufacturing process generates various types of wastewater, including phosphating wastewater, general wastewater, and biochemical wastewater. These streams have complex compositions and are difficult to treat. Some effluents contain extremely high levels of pollutants, requiring multi-stage physicochemical and biological processes. High chemical consumption and significant sludge production often lead to substantially increased treatment costs.

Tofoe Advantages: Our integrated process combines advanced oxidation, high-efficiency oil-water separation media, ultrafiltration (UF), and reverse osmosis (RO). Treated wastewater can be blended with RO product water and reused in applications such as auto parts cleaning, based on specific client requirements. The zero-discharge system features imported evaporators capable of real-time adjustment according to fluctuations in water and oil content, ensuring efficient and adaptive operation.
