At the beginning of the project, the Tofoe team conducted in-depth analysis of the water quality characteristics of various types of wastewater in the park, combined with years of experience in electroplating wastewater treatment, and quickly proposed an overall process route of "quality collection, grading treatment, and cascade reuse".

Innovative process to solve pain points in electroplating wastewater treatment:

To address the challenges of high heavy metal content, complex COD, and difficult to degrade organic liquids in electroplating wastewater, Tofoe Technology proposes a process package mainly consisting of "classification pretreatment+enhanced oxidation+biochemical combination". This process reduces the pressure of mixed wastewater treatment through quality separation and collection. The front-end adopts efficient demulsification and catalytic oxidation technology to effectively degrade COD and complex heavy metals. The back-end combines anti toxic biochemical treatment to further purify water quality. Finally, the membrane integrated system is used to achieve water resource reuse, and the effluent fully meets the hygiene standards for drinking water in GB 5749-2022, which can be used in high-end production processes.

To solve the problems of limited installation space and tight schedule on site, Tofoe has designed the core processing unit as multiple standardized modular modules, including pre-treatment modules, oxidation reaction modules, membrane filtration integrated modules, etc. The modules are prefabricated, tested, and preliminarily debugged in the factory, and quickly connected and installed upon arrival at the site. The overall construction period is shortened by about 40%, and the land area is saved by more than 35%, greatly improving the overall execution efficiency and scheduling flexibility of the project.

Qualitative collection and pretreatment: Implement separate collection and classification pretreatment based on the types, concentrations, and organic load differences of heavy metals in wastewater, and control the difficulty and cost of treatment from the source;

Efficient oxidation+biochemical combination process: effectively dealing with high COD and difficult to degrade pollutants, improving the biodegradability of wastewater, and ensuring the long-term impact load resistance of the system;

Membrane integration and reuse system: Combining ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis dual membrane process to achieve deep desalination and reuse, the system has high desalination rate, strong automation degree, and can achieve unmanned operation.
